Clients who find there are some items damage due to the long time transportation or unhappy with the purchase and would like to return the items, please contact the customer services first and send the item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy.
We allow consumers to apply for return within 7 days after signing
> Items must be unworn, unwashed.
> Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
> Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
> Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.(Note: if such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
> Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
> Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns).
> No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. All returns are refunded via store credit into your shopping account, or return according to the original payment method
